Nomad I updated the other thread and my profile...This isnt really much needed as we have got everyone settled with their product, product & Refund, Refund, and we had 2 persons who had items sent back for BAD ADDRESSES admittedly on their part made a mistake and we are fixing that for them.

Here are my most recent SR Profile updates.
As I will sum it up whats below to those not on my personal forum.
We had a major flood in our town, knocked out power, alot of roads washed away/out completely, post office is STILL close, and we are using an Annex AND a Post Office almost 30-40 miles away (it would be closer had it not be for long windy roads), but besides that we are back to mostly normal.
I will update the NEW thread for those that are missing orders that Nomad Bloodbath made (It shouldnt be needed, BUT, it surely HELPS)
If Nomad Bloodbath allows it, I actually have a Ticket support system, and would gladly let you all use that if SR/Nomad allowed me to share the link for it.

Evening Update
Im back online again! For those that dont already know, we had some flash flooding and our house flooded, not too much damage, but was enough to cause problems, and 2 days of delays (We were unable to ship on Friday and Saturday due to lack of electricity and clean up of water)
If you have an order that is "Late" we are going to cancel those orders, if you still would like your order, please place a new order and we will get it out to you as soon as we can!
As of right now, we are behind a good 36 hours worth of work, but expect to catch back up quickly. We started seeing good feedback in the last 10 days, and we only hope to continue that!

Watmm with the length of time it takes for international to arrive at times, since it was returned for a bad barcode, we felt like a refund was the best option.
We have corrected ALL of our barcoding issues and started offering International shipping again after confirming our International orders were reaching!

I would also like to let people know that this user LittleKitty who purchased an order on FRIDAY, is complaining TODAY (sunday), after she/he was told that it would ship on Monday.
I have sent a PM to Nomad (Admin of this section) explaining the situation with all proof that we are NOT doing anything out of the ordinary, and I feel she/he is possibly going to try and mess with our rating and flame me in here.

Today is sunday and she was promised it would ship on Monday (We dont ship on saturdays or sundays) SO she purchased on 9/16, and on a SUNDAY 9/18 says we are a scammer, you can see below her we have done successful BTC Exchanges and have got great at getting our orders out!!
We also update the SR Forum as much as possible, and here almost 1 or more times daily.
LittleKitty Was ALSO offered a REFUND, even though she bought on Friday and didnt even allow time for us to drop the package off.

LittleKitty hasnt responded since I sent her the explanation for a second time, which her custom listing clearly states how the purchase works and what not.
If any problem does arise before I ship her order tomorrow, I will offer a refund via moneypak (the way she paid) using our bitcoin exchange offering and using that bitcoinexchange amount to purchase products from us....im not sure where she got lost in the explanation through PM and in the listing but she did....but there is nothing wrong or weird going on, on my part.

I do remember the custom listing on Friday because I read it on the marketplace and understood it the way you have explained it.
I'm not sure exactly what the deal is here but there was an agreement on a custom order that was altered after the listing was purchased.
I will go into more of what I think about this if LittleKitty would like to explain their point of view.

Except you already sent me a DCN last week and said it would ship within 36 hours, so Saturday at the very latest. From the updates it looks like you sent off packages twice in that time period yet my DCN wont update.

Ive decided that I am still going to send your order if it is still in our blue bins to go out (remember we just realized our shipping confirmation to users werent up to what SR wanted)

I've got two orders in with Missit.
One is about 2394340232 days late and it was out of escrow under a different username, problemchild. This, I think, should be addressed because out of escrow sales communication takes place over SR. So I'll just make a note that I am getting very angry. His profile says to contact him regarding lateness and I haven't gotten a response. Received a DCN almost two weeks ago. I did purchase an "out of escrow" purchase so I suppose that I can at least review this.
The last time I ordered from him, I don't even know how much time went by until I got the package. Why does this happen? Why are you even issuing refunds? Do you not have the product or something?
Second order is 'in transit,' but it has been a while -- 7 days since I got a DCN.
Please respond with something here!

And a DCN doesn't mean SHIT!! I've has one since August. It's just another tool used to delay the inevitable conclusion that you've been scammed.
Understand, there's a VERY good reason that he has the lowest, bottom of the barrel feedback score on SR. There are none lower.

In all honesty, Missit has shaped up and isn't the same person everyone believed he is. Albeit the first order took some time to be delivered, I'll admit to that, but all other orders after have been nothing short of outstanding. The communication is very fast and informative and my orders weigh out and are and do what they're meant to do. I even finalized early to received an extra 25 percent bonus on my order and upgraded shipping. I'm sorry if this comes off as sucking up or something of the sort, but I'm just detailing my previous and present transactions with him after the first one which was a hiccup. All in all, he's great.

oh yeah missit has totally done a 180 for all of his new customers, and a couple of his older ones in which he made wait over 9 weeks.
this asshole continues to ignore me and give me false promises. my order is small, its like he hates me and loves watching me give him another chance so he can laugh at me when i get annoyed at his incompetency. this man has horrible ethics.
he even messages me after a week or so asking me to change my rep and he will ship out my products...
oh well GEE thanks missit. i thought i left you 1/5's because you failed to ship my product.
how kind it was of him to offer me my own product that i had paid for and was obligated to ship, all i had to do was give him a better rep.
he totally deserves it. hardest working vendor on the SR. he just has bad luck is all. if you order something from him, either expect 100% best service, or 500 excuses on why he cant wipe his own ass and how natural disasters are preventing him from mailing YOUR order and not other peoples.
he has told me several times why he hasnt mailed my order, none of which make sense because he ships out 10 other orders while telling me he cant ship mine out.

then he ships out other peoples stuff to get great feedback. all the people post on the forums how great he is and how trustworthy he is.
im not going to let that slide because it is not fair other people get ripped off due to some lucky few who missit actually decided to work with.

I made an order and he never gave me a tracking number, he never read any of my PMs i sent about the order, he never did anything. So I cancelled it and got my BTC back, and he still has yet to even read my messages I sent him.
This guy is a moron. Plain and simple. Hes all pissed that everyone left him shitty feedback because of a mistake he made before, and now hes extorting good reviews out of us so he will send our products that we bought.

i CAN'T believe, despite full postings like this, people continue to buy from vendors like this. There are a handful of VERY good, top-notch vendors out there. Just look around. It's easy for an order to get fucked up, and a good vendor will fix it. If the vendor doesn't fix it, and you go back to them a 2nd time, shame on you. Period.

I have answered every PM since I got out of the hospital , and every order has been filled and sent, those who asked for refunds while I was in the hospital , got them.
I was told by SR admin that as long as I keep posting DCNs and communicate and keep my rating climbing, i can stay.
Im not here to fuck anyone over, and SR has things in place to prevent that.
I dont offer OOE to anyone unless its international, and that deters them from purchasing, which is why I do that, because I dont like shipping international. If they end up agreeing, than I will ship to them because they did what I asked.
I may have been gone for 2-3 weeks, but I am back here and have been active almost every hour I can on here doing orders and answering PMs.
**Like SR wiki says, dont always believe everything you read in reviews on the forum OR ratings on SR, do your research, communicate, than buy, and that the BUYER is RESPONSIBLE for OOE Transactions**

Wow, threads like this scare me from buying anything on SR. Except for the select handful at the top.. I feel like scammers and unfit vendors are allowed to lurk the market freely, is it that hard to differentiate? and spread the word? So far I've had good luck though. First order placed AND shipped yesterday (thanks TUS!)
I guess its always best to check the forums before doing business on the market..

Aoth14 , not all people that post negative things are actual buyers at times, just people that troll around.
There is a reason why SR has "Escrow" & "Resolution Center" , so that scams do not happen.
I havent "scammed" anyone, buyers either receive their order, or if needed/requested - Refunded.
There are always times where USPS/UPS/Fedex is slow and there are times when Vendors (including myself) are a bit behind and slow with shipping and replying to PMs.
Im all about safety in doing transactions and SR has good things in place.
Forums arent always accurate and neither are Ratings.....just like myself today too...I had a bad morning, and the OOE Scam that hit me was just that tipping point to where I felt the need to post my experience with him.

For what it's worth, Missit filled a MP to BTC order in about 10 minutes when every other exchanger was either out of BTC, having technical problems, or put me on a long wait list.

I ordered a few things off him, priority, and he provided a DCN, which has yet to show any movement on the USPS website. I didn't get it, sent him a message. His response was that it had been returned, no reason why. He then offered to reship, refund the price of priority, then throw in a bonus because of the issues. He then told me the DCN would be the same (huh?) and asked me to finalize early. I did so, the DCN still has yet to show movement, and the price of priority shipping has yet to be returned to me.
So, I've sent him a message, and still no response. I'm starting to feel like I've been handed the short end of the stick here. Not a great feeling.

OK, last post was completely out of place. As soon as I finished the message, he replied, DCN showed movement.
Missit, I REALLY apologize, I know holidays make it tough to keep up, especially with USPS, so I feel my previous suspicions were completely unfounded!

Uy, same. I sent a message inquiring about the DCN, he replied:
its takes almost a full day after dropoff to scan, its a DCN, so the onnly REQURED scan is at DELIVERY. DCN is NOT Tracking.
Believable, but I'd like to know about his account. I'll message him back and ask him to come on here and explain.

We responded to SR Support/Silk Road/NomadBloodbath to try to get this fixed.
If you were given DCN info, it will show up and scan once it leaves the annex, there will be NO delay in orders already made and promised to ship.
There is only 2 orders that have not been confirmed, and I am communicating with them to explain the situation.
I am waiting as I said to get responses on when they are going to fix my sellers account....I can see all my item listings, they are just all put to 0 for stock, and I cant change it until SR admin gives me my seller account back.
Did anyone have any questions or concerns?

Just heard back from nomadbloodbath and he asked me to talk to SR myself, so I have sent a 2nd message to SR and have 2 messages (Still makred UNREAD) sent to SR Support (Who sent the message, originally)
Im not sure if this is because the incident between DigitalLink and I or what, he claimed he would try to get me banned, but than back off of that once I explained things and we talked better, and his order should be in his hand TODAY.....and DigitaLink even backed off after we discussed that we wouldnt tarnish each others accounts. He said he would change his rating to a 5/5 instead of the 1/5 he gave.
Im trying to get this fixed asap. Bare with me please while I get it fixed.
Ill still be filling and shipping orders that were received. ANd hopefully SR allows the funds to go into my account...im a bit concerned bc if there is no seller account, how can I get feedback and ratings and my funds for items ive shipped or am shipping???? Im just at loss of words to express the situation.
Ive strived for the best for my customers and my rating has gone way up in the month+ ive been back on here (from a 74 to a 91 rating). I feel there is room for improvement, but there isnt anything I can think of that would be the cause of this suspension.

1st off, isnt that why there is a resolution center in place? To prevent selective scamming and reverse scams(buyer scams)?
2nd, isnt the reason of this thread to prevent things such as that too?
3rd, if thats the case, how come Ive only had 2 items in the resolution center in the past 2 months, and the buyer got a complete refund and 110% communication every step of the way (From Purchase To Refund)

Ive worked my ass off, and still not understanding or have got an answer on if I am going to receive funds from buyers of items that are in mid shipment to their destination, or funds from buyers required to early finalize, or how and if the buyers will be able to finalize and we get our funds.....
Is there any mod/admin that can answer this?
Is there any mod/admin that can have unbroken communication currently?
I have been sitting on here for 8+ hours trying to get answers and all i got was that response from SR Support. This is pretty frustrating.

Here is my response to SR Support:
I am not selective scamming, those were shipping issues, and we have a DCN for every shipment for this reason, so we have proof of shipments if anything arises.
Moneypaks have only been used to sell off Bitcoins.
It was recomended to me that I should accept Moneypaks for products, I ONLY do this via exchange:
1. They buy the exchange listing
2. I send them BTC
3. They buy item they want
4. I ship it.
- I would Never ever accept a moneypak as a form of payment directly, as I know that is against the sellers guidlines, I was told such before to refrain from such, and I have.
-If any verbage was written in an incorrect way, Ill gladly fix it to fit the seller guidelines, so there is no confusion for buyers, and no confusion on whats offered to customers.
- I have buyers that buy multiple times from me, and new buyers, that are confused, as I am too.
A. Will I Still Get Funds Credited To My Account, Once An Item Is Delivered?
B. Will My Buyers Be Able To Finalize Their Purchases, Upon, Receipt?
C. Is this a permanent action on my account?
D. If No to "C", What Must I do To Fix This Issue?
E. If Yes to "C", WHY? (Ive been on here for over 5 months, over 250 transactions, and in the past 1.5 months have been doing near perfect transactions with minor hiccups that are always resolved.)

Im sure everything will be fine, I have confidence that it was just an overly ambitious moderator/admin or them just looking out for the community, I dont blame them, I know we could be a bit smoother with things, and its always a learning process in a business sense.
IMO, It seems nuts that this would happen, especially when Im very active in communicating everything I can without giving up personal information and details. I give out DCN (Delivery Confirmation Numbers) when needed, and ALL of our items are shipped with a DCN, UNLESS the BUYER choses an option that is without a DCN, and as stated in my profile, If you chose without a DCN than shipping is on you, not me.
I use DCNs and Tracking on 95%+ of my orders to prevent scamming BOTH ways, so buyers cant say they didnt get their order, and so I can prove delivery. If there is a problem, currently, which has led to this, how come I didn't know until after my account was suspended that there was a problem? How come I still do not know who made the complaint?
****I would like to know who made this complaint, but there is very little explanation or communication from SR Support and Silk Road Admin, Im sure they are busy, but Ive made them $ just like any other vendor, and I even paid for my seller account back when it was "Auction" style and limited how many Vendors could be on. Just heard back from nomadbloodbath and he asked me to talk to SR myself, so I have sent a 2nd message to SR and have 2 messages (Still makred UNREAD) sent to SR Support (Who sent the message, originally)
Im not sure if this is because the incident between DigitalLink and I or what, he claimed he would try to get me banned, but than back off of that once I explained things and we talked better, and his order should be in his hand TODAY.....and DigitaLink even backed off after we discussed that we wouldnt tarnish each others accounts. He said he would change his rating to a 5/5 instead of the 1/5 he gave.
Im trying to get this fixed asap. Bare with me please while I get it fixed.

Ive strived for the best for my customers and my rating has gone way up in the month+ ive been back on here (from a 74 to a 91 rating). I feel there is room for improvement, but there isnt anything I can think of that would be the cause of this suspension.

Missit is great. We had an issue with a missing shipment of mine and he made good on it, and some. He has always been great for me and his cheap, high quality etizolam seriously help me with my chronic pain issues. If his account is suspended then I will have some serious problems.
I can vouch for Missit, and if the SR staff wants to look at my profile, they can see that I have had plenty of perfect transactions with plenty of people, and especially Missit. There are always some doubts with people on the internet. But those doubts were completely eliminated about Missit for me.
He is legit, and whoever says otherwise is bullshit lying.

I hate to say it, but missit is not someone I would personally buy from. I have the following observations:
1. For the longest time, missit and btcbuddy were accusing each other of being scammers. I've done transactions with btcbuddy; not a scammer
2. missit lists lots of free products for sale. I think this is done to boost the overall feedback score after a series of bad reviews. From digital downloads to "hugs", it's obvious that it's for inflating the score.

I've presented my observations. It's up to the buyer to draw a conclusion. I even pointed out that an individual experience may be different (yours) from the next (other threads, this thread). Shoot, I haven't even condoned nor encouraged an individual's selection of this vendor, I simply listed my observations that I (where possible) backed up with evidence (see links), and shared my conclusion.
I hope missit is legit. I will never be able to speak from experience.

There's a vendor trying to sell 1 tablet of 2mg xanax for $13 in the benzo section (they should be $3.50 or less) and thats cuz he's allowed to. Yeah, buyer beware. Any intelligent person wouldn't do this, so those that do agree will get whatever is coming. I agree with you that it's against the 'essence' of SR an especially of the function of escrow, but still regress that it's buyer beware, never do out of escrow unless you have some explicately good reason

I'm unhappy. 10 Etizolam Tabs right around $12 so not a big loss, but I would've liked to of had the Etizolam. Missit SEEMED like a standup guy; very responsive and polite on my first order, and shipping was fast. When I went to place my second order, Silk Road was acting odd and apparently dropped messages. OK, whatever. All of his listings were down and I just figured he was catching up on orders, didn't know anything about selective scamming so I messaged him a $50 moneypak out of trust. Got cashed right away but I still haven't gotten anything. This was a few weeks ago. I'm going to pgp email him so there's no excuses about SR messaging screwing up, but I'm already a bit disappointed since I wanted things for Valentine's Day :( I'll update if/when this gets resolved, but I'd advise anyone considering ordering from Missit to hold off until he gets his act together.

Don't order from missit. Lots of excuses, doesn't ship when he says he will. Whatever the issue is, it seems to happen to lots of people and very often. Flash flood? Drunk driver? Can't access account? all these things only seem to happen to Missit, and not other SR vendors. Paid for priority shipping and was told it would ship within 36 hours a week and a half ago. All other priority orders arrive within two-three days latest. DO not trust, scammer or lazy ass whatever the case - get him off SR. One of my first vendors i have had experiences with and is setting a bad example for SR as a whole.

Unfortunately it's these kind of situations that bring down the good reputation of SR. Hopefully future Roadians will be smart enough to read through the forums to get the real scoop on vendors. The rating system on SR is much harder to trust because of buyers willing to give a 5/5 to keep in good standing with the vendors.

In the end, if people had done their research on missit, they would have drawn the same conclusion I had. People were making orders with missit *during* the time that there was a lot of bad, bad information out there. These forums are here to help, protect, and are a great place for research if you can cut through the garbage*.
That being said, the Road's a dangerous place. Missit's out there today, this time with a new name.
